Hand-rolled and cooked on cast iron atop our wood cookstove, our Rustic Garlic Flatbread is made the old-fashioned way. Simple ingredients, worked by hand, and finished with golden blisters from the skillet.

We fold freshly minced garlic, grown here on our homestead, into the dough, giving each piece a warm, savory depth that pairs beautifully with soups, stews, roasted meats, or a simple supper sandwich.

These are not perfectly round, and they aren't meant to be. Each flatbread is slightly different in shape and texture, just as rustic, handmade should be.

Sold in packages of 6. They freeze beautifully for later use.
