In this hands-on workshop, we’ll make two hearty loaves together:
• Sourdough Banana Bread
• Sourdough Cranberry Pecan Bread
We’ll talk through ingredients, fermentation, and simple techniques for baking quick breads with sourdough starter and whole grains. As the loaves bake, we’ll enjoy a light hearthside table lunch and warm conversation.
No prior sourdough or baking experience is needed. This class is relaxed, welcoming, and designed to nourish both body and soul.
