Dandelion Jelly Workshop May 23rd

No upcoming pre-order windows are available right now.
The more you know about dandelions, the harder it is to see them as a nuisance. Their benefits may surprise you! Dandelions are rich in Vitamin C and contain beta-carotene, which our bodies convert to Vitamin A. They have been used for centuries to support digestion, and in colonial times they were called a "spring tonic". Every part of the plant is edible, from root to flower, and for generations, nothing was wasted. Which is exactly why we are turning them into jelly. 🍯
At our Dandelion Jelly Workshop
We will spend our morning together making dandelion jelly from scratch right here in the homestead kitchen. Afterward, we will slow down and enjoy some of it together — spread over warm biscuits and fresh sourdough bread with a cup of tea. And if the morning is a lovely one, we will take it all out to the screened porch and enjoy it there.
You will go home with your very own jar of dandelion jelly, made by your own hands, right here on the homestead.
